Job Description
We are looking for an experienced (5+ years) JavaScript developer who is proficient with Angular 2+. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them using well-known Angular/Typescript. You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality products are important.
Responsibilities
1. Developing new user-facing features using Angular.
2. Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
3. Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
4. Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
Technical Skills
1. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
2. Thorough understanding of Angular and its core principles along with Angular tools (Angular CLI, Angular Library, etc.)
3. Proficient in JavaScript and its nuances, including ES6 & ES7 syntax, Typescript.
4. MVVM and MVC Design Patterns (NGRX Library plus).
5. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token, OAuth
6. Ability to write good unit tests using Jasmine/Karma framework.
7. Ability to write clean, factored and responsive CSS
8. Development and Integration of Rest APIs
9. Experience in using CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Docker, or similar tools
10. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
11. Ability to handle the entire development life cycle from end to end
12. A knack for benchmarking and optimization
13. Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, Bit bucket
