Job Description

We are looking for a Business analyst (IT) with 3-5 years of experience and who has working experience of at least 2-3 years as a full time BA, who is responsible for fulfilling Pre-sales Business Analyst needs as well as should serve core Business Analyst role in project development lifecycle. At any stage your role is to act as a solution provider where you need to communicate and capture requirement from customer, draft the requirement, record keeping and take approval from customer.

Responsibilities
1. Expertise on capturing requirement through different methods Questionnaire, Interviews, Use-cases and User journey etc.
2. Should be good at Market Analysis and study Market trends
3. Good at absorbing project artifacts provided by customer in order to gaze the new software needs
4. Prepare artifacts required for pre-sales activities like Feature listing, Scope of Work, estimation sheet, query-log, mockups and flow diagram etc.
5. Communicate with design team for prototyping
6. Ability to understand, discuss and convey feasibility areas to customer
7. Participate in Project Kickoff
8. Transfer Initial knowledge to internal Stakeholder once project is on board
9. Virtuous knowledge on Backlog preparation, User story writing, Sprint Grooming, FRD, SRS, Mind map and process chart/ flowcharts
10. Validate and provide input to test team related to acceptance criteria, test coverage and scenarios considering traceability matrix
11. Sanity check prior to the Customer demo with traceability matrix

Technical Requirements
1. Decent knowledge on at least three domains content to IT Application
2. Bare minimum knowledge on latest technology trends
3. Should able to identify plugins or integrations in terms of open source platforms, to contributes in feasibility study
4. Ability to identify and write functional, not functional and behavioral requirements
5. Familiarity on different diagrams used at various stages of project life cycle
6. Well versed in different project execution Methods agile scrum, waterfall, Kanban
7. Knowledge on Mobile application and Web portal development
8. Hands-on experience on diagram and mockups tools
9. Should able to understand, define and follow project time-line
10. Experience on Project management tools like JIRA, Basecamp, Azure DevOps
11. Recording keeping and Requirement Management

Good to Have
1. Knowledge on object-oriented concept
2. Knowledge & working experience on structure diagrams
3. Development Experience
