TALENT ACQUISITION PROCESS

At Helios Solutions, we understand how stressful interviews can be, which is why we have designed a recruitment process that allows candidates to prove their talent first and then appear for the round of interviews. This process involves a series of steps that enable us to identify the best talent and help the candidate consider whether a role with us is a good fit.

ONLINE APPLICATION

You are required to submit an online application along with your updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).

CV SCREENING

Our recruitment experts do a comprehensive review of your CV to determine whether you are a potential fit.

ONLINE TEST

Once shortlisted, you are required to give an online test at your preferred date and time. This is a time-limited test designed to evaluate your practical and interpersonal skills.

1ST ROUND OF INTERVIEW

If your testing score qualifies, you are invited for a one-on-one interview with your "to be" reporting manager.

ONBOARDING

Based on a shared joining date, we will welcome you to the Helios family and launch the start of your exciting new career.

OFFER AND CONTRACTING

This is the final stage, where we make you an official job offer. Your acceptance of this offer triggers the final contracting stage.

HR ROUND

This is the last, critical step of our multi-layered recruitment process. Our HR manager helps you understand our company culture and policies.

2ND ROUND OF INTERVIEW

Once you get through the first round of interview, you are invited for a one-on-one interview with your "to be" departmental head.
