Job Description

1. As an experienced business development professional, the candidate will be responsible for planning/execution of sales campaigns and lead generation based on the defined target markets/verticals/geographies
2. Will play a key role in the Sales team by capturing deals and sales opportunities
3. Will demonstrate the art of business development via cold calling and cold emails
4. Will be responsible for arranging prospective meetings and teleconferences
5. Will manage prospect and customer details through CRM

1. Excellent Verbal, Telephonic and Written Communication Skills
2. Ability to research in detail about target markets/accounts and identify, map and pitch company’s relevant strengths to potential Clients to win Client confidence
3. Sound Knowledge of IT Industry
4. Proven Email Etiquettes
5. Very good Networking Skills, should be a Go-Getter in terms of generating leads through Cold Calling, Email Campaigns and Business Networking Tools
6. Ability to learn Quickly and Implement day to day practices
7. Ability to transition Converted Prospect to Sales team with all the Communication Logs
8. Ability to Carry Independent Sales Targets based on his/her own experience and Deliver Revenue based on the targets
9. Team Player, work with Data/Market Research teams to create and run quality campaigns based on guidance from Sales. Should be able to guide Market Research teams when needed.
10. Process Orientation

Education & Experience
1. Graduate, Any. IT graduate a PLUS
2. 5+ years of Outsourcing IT Services Experience
3. Understanding of Offshore IT Services Landscape
4. Experience working with atleast one of the Sales CRM tools
5. Flexible to work during US Business Hours – MUST
